Information you give us by text or on this site: your name, contact details, address, employment and income as you state them, details about the trailer you want, your tow vehicle, the references you list, and photos you choose to send. We also keep a log of our text conversation with you. If you authorize verifications when you sign your application, we receive the results of those checks, such as identity verification and phone line type.
We use your information to give you a payment estimate, build your application file, verify what the application says with your authorization, prevent fraud, and match you with a rent-to-own provider at your direction. We do not make credit decisions.
At your direction, we deliver your completed application file to the rent-to-own provider you are matched with. We share information with the verification vendors needed to run checks you authorized, and with service providers that operate our systems under contract. We disclose information if required by law.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with any third party.
We keep application files and consent records as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
