Application Authorization

By replying to our text message with your full legal name, you sign this authorization electronically and agree to the following:

1. Electronic transactions. You agree to receive documents, disclosures, and requests from us electronically (text message, email, and web pages), and that your typed name in a reply is your electronic signature.
2. Verification. You authorize DP I, LLC to verify the information in your application, including your identity, address, employment, income, bank account ownership, vehicle information, and the personal references you provide. You authorize the Social Security Administration to verify that your name, date of birth, and Social Security number match its records, via its consent-based verification service.
3. Consumer reports. You provide written instruction under the Fair Credit Reporting Act for DP I, LLC to obtain consumer reports and related information about you from consumer reporting agencies, now and while your application is active, to verify your application and prevent fraud. These are “soft” inquiries and do not affect your credit score.
4. Sharing at your direction. You direct DP I, LLC to deliver your completed application file — including the information you provided, the documents and photos you submitted, the bank information you chose to share, and the results of the verifications above — to rent-to-own providers for the purpose of matching you and their evaluation of your application, and, if you sign with a provider, for that provider’s servicing and administration of your agreement, including locating you and its property if you fail to pay as agreed.
5. References. You confirm you have your references’ permission for us to contact each of them one time by text message to confirm they know you.
6. No guarantee; we are not the provider. DP I, LLC is not a lender or rent-to-own provider and does not approve or deny applications. Approval decisions are made solely by the provider on the provider’s terms. Matching is not a promise of approval.
7. Your choices. Text STOP at any time to stop messages. You may request a copy of your application file and this authorization at any time.
